Simon Harwood

Simon Harwood’s approach to practicing law is simple yet effective. He is dedicated to compiling a detailed legal game plan specifically tailored to each of his client’s individual and unique needs.

Harwood recognizes that any legal matter can be stressful given the circumstance and makes it a priority to provide his esteemed clients with a variety of options while working closely with each client to develop the best solution.

A native of Great Britain, Simon Harwood brings a great deal of experience to Fry & Elder as a practicing Tulsa trial attorney since 2007.

“I think one of the best attributes any attorney can have is their ability to listen and respond to their client’s needs,” Simon Harwood said. “I have always taken great pride in my ability to listen to each of my client’s specific legal situations and then to develop the best course of action moving forward.”

As a practicing attorney at Fry & Elder, Simon Harwood further enhances the firm’s reputation as an elite Tulsa family law firm. His practice focuses on domestic law issues such as divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, alimony and more.

Harwood also handles many of the firm’s adoption cases including adoptions without consent, step-parent adoptions and same sex adoptions.

Additionally, Harwood also has experience in the criminal sector of law and can assist clients with everything from traffic tickets to misdemeanors to felonies.

Harwood received his B.A. from Oklahoma State University and pulled off the unique double of acquiring a dual MBA and J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 2006.

When he is not listening to and consulting with clients from his office or advocating for them in court, Harwood and his wife and three children stay active within the Tulsa community.
