While criminal law and family law are two separate entities in the legal world, the fact of the matter is the two quite often intersect. Fry & Elder partners and attorneys M. Shane Henry and Aaron D. Bundy are well aware of this common occurrence, which is a big reason why the Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association has enlisted the services of the two talented Tulsa trial attorneys to open up Thursday and Friday’s CLE credited presentations of What You Don’t Know Might Be Malpractice: What Other Lawyers and Judges Want You To Know.
Thursday’s day-long presentation will be held in Oklahoma City at the Oklahoma Bar Center (1901 N. Lincoln Blvd), while Friday’s event will take in Tulsa at the OSU/Tulsa campus (700 Greenwood Ave., North Hall Room 108)
Tulsa Trial Attorneys with Numerous Credentials
Henry and Bundy, who have both garnered the AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® and have each been selected as Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™, will present on “Marriage, Murder and Molestation: When Criminal Law Intersects with Family Law.” Bundy and Henry will kick off each day’s event at 9 a.m. with their 50-minute presentation. The day-long seminars will conclude with a judge’s panel between 3:25-4:25 p.m.
“This is a big continuing education event that the Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association puts on,” Henry said. “It’s a great opportunity for us to represent Fry & Elder and also learn from and connect with other attorneys and judges.”
Henry and Bundy have begun to make quite a name for themselves throughout the state with their engaging and informative Trial Skills Presentations. The two Tulsa trial attorneys present on a number of trial topics and issues including:
- Starting Your Trial Off Right: Opening Statements
- Evidence at Trial
