After being spotlighted in multiple articles by the Tulsa World and Tulsa Business & Legal News for their speaking prowess at Trial Skills Presentations, the attorneys from the Tulsa family law firm of Fry & Elder were back on the speaking circuit again.
Tulsa divorce lawyers and SuperLawyers® Rising Stars™ M. Shane Henry, Aaron D. Bundy and T. Luke Barteaux spoke at a recent CLE Presentation put on by the Oklahoma Bar Association titled “The Basics and Not So Basics of Family Law.”
Barteaux, a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association 2015-2016 Leadership Academy, served as the Program Planner and Moderator. The presentation touched on a number of Oklahoma family law issues that included: Trial Evidence, Speaking Objections and Trial Tactics. The overall focus of the presentation was on Trial Skills.
AV-rated Fry & Elder trial lawyers Bundy and Henry each spoke at the seminar, and their commitment to professional development and training has been well documented. Both have been featured in the Tulsa Business & Legal News. Click HERE and HERE to read the articles on Bundy and Henry.
“It was a really good and engaging seminar,” Henry said. “Over 50 lawyers attended, and I think everyone came away a little more knowledgeable and comfortable about trial tactics and skills they could incorporate in in the courtroom. These seminars are really great tools for giving attorneys ideas and a forum on how to better present a case.”
As trial lawyers for one of the more highly–regarded and reputable family law firms in Tulsa, Bundy and Henry offer a variety of informative, engaging and entertaining Trial Skills Presentations. Together, they present and teach to groups of paralegals, lawyers, and judges throughout the State of Oklahoma and beyond. Both are graduates of the graduates of the National Family Law Trial Institute, and faculty members at the OBA Family Law Section’s annual Trial Advocacy Institute.
