Bundy recently combined their legal expertise and collaborated together to write an article that was published in this month’s edition of the Oklahoma Bar Journal, which is the official member publication of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

The article, which you CAN READ HERE, is titled “Privilege and Work-Product Considerations for Using an Expert as a Consultant” and focuses on a number of issues, including: attorney-client privilege and the use of third-party experts.

 “As trial lawyers, these are both very important and crucial aspects in the legal profession,” Henry said. “We have extensive knowledge about attorney-client privilege, and when and how to use third-party experts, but conveying it in a journal article was something that was a little different for us. It was a great experience, and we want to thank the Oklahoma Bar Association for the opportunity.
