Tulsa Trial Lawyers

Oklahoma Family Lawyers, sitting from left to right, James R. Elder, Aaron D. Bundy, M. Shane Henry, Luke Barteaux and Robert G “Hap” Fry Jr.

The Tulsa divorce lawyers at Fry & Elder continue to raise the bar and add to the firm’s rich history of excellence.

Fry & Elder attorneys and Tulsa divorce lawyers M. Shane Henry and Aaron D. Bundy recently combined their legal expertise and collaborated together to write an article that was published in this month’s edition of the Oklahoma Bar Journal, which is the official member publication of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

The article, which you CAN READ HERE, is titled “Privilege and Work-Product Considerations for Using an Expert as a Consultant” and focuses on a number of issues, including: attorney-client privilege and the use of third-party experts.

“As trial lawyers, these are both very important and crucial aspects in the legal profession,” Henry said. “We have extensive knowledge about attorney-client privilege, and when and how to use third-party experts, but conveying it in a journal article was something that was a little different for us. It was a great experience, and we want to thank the Oklahoma Bar Association for the opportunity.”

Typically, the Tulsa divorce lawyers of Fry & Elder are usually the ones being written about, as evidenced by the firm being featured in six different articles this year alone by some of the most prominent media publications in Oklahoma. These include the following

  • Tulsa People Magazine
  • Tulsa World
  • Tulsa Business & Legal News
  • Tulsa Business & Legal News
  • Tulsa World
  • Tulsa Business & Legal News

“We’ve been very fortunate to have a good relationship with our local media,” Bundy said. We respect and admire what they do on a day-to-day basis. One of our goals as attorneys is to have more of our work published and reviewed, but we’re not looking to change our day jobs. We’re a lot better in the courtroom.”
