As a family law attorney, Jeffrey Bacon views himself to be a little like the lighthouse at the shore eager to help people out.
“Family law issues are no doubt complex and often stressful for the parties involved,” Jeffrey Bacon said. “But I like to think that as attorneys, we have the ability to help someone have a more ordered and better life. There is a lot of responsibility that goes with being an attorney, which I take very seriously.”
Bacon joins Fry & Elder as the nationally-recognized Tulsa-based law firm’s newest attorney. Like Fry & Elder, Bacon’s legal focus primarily is in the sphere of family law including divorce, child custody, child support, protective orders, alimony and more.
“Fry & Elder has a great reputation of being one of the best firms in the legal community,” Jeffrey Bacon said. “I will have three great mentors to learn from in (Robert G “Hap” Fry Jr., James R. Elder and James C. Morton). I am excited about the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best in the industry.”
An Oklahoma native, Bacon grew up in Sapulpa and attended Metro Christian Academy for high school before attending both undergraduate and law school at the University of Tulsa.
Bacon previously interned with both the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office and the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office while attending the TU College of Law. He also worked as an associate attorney locally, winning multiple civil defense cases before joining Fry & Elder earlier in 2021.
